Artificial Intelligence Transparency Notice
Our Position
ACHALAI is an organizational and compensation intelligence platform that incorporates Artificial Intelligence tools to assist companies in designing and analyzing their organizational structures.
Our core commitment is: the AI assists; the human decides.
ACHALAI was built with intensive AI assistance under the direct architecture, design, and validation of its creator, Diego Damián Freire.
Client Data is never used to train public or general foundation AI models.
1. ACHALAI Was Developed with Intensive AI Assistance
ACHALAI transparently discloses that its codebase, technical architecture, user interfaces, documentation, and algorithms have been created with intensive assistance from advanced AI models (such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot).
All software architecture, data structures, security frameworks, and business logic are conceived, guided, reviewed, validated, and integrated by Diego Damián Freire.
The use of AI development tools does not grant any third party ownership or rights over ACHALAI or Client Data.
2. Ownership and Technological Provenance
The use of AI tools during the development process does not mean that the providers of such tools:
- are owners of ACHALAI;
- are partners or associates of ACHALAI;
- sponsor or endorse ACHALAI;
- control the product or its roadmap;
- receive any rights over Client Data solely by virtue of having been utilized during development.
Third-party components maintain their respective open source licenses and rights.
ACHALAI strives to maintain full traceability regarding:
- software dependencies;
- Open Source components;
- external cloud services;
- engineering tools used during development.
3. AI Used in Development ≠ AI Used in the Product
- AI in Development: Coding assistants and architectural copilots used during the engineering workflow to build the software;
- AI in the Product: Analytical features, organizational leveling helpers, and compensation scenario simulators built into the Platform for use by Clients.
4. Client Data and Development Tools
Development workflows utilized exclusively synthetic data, dummy variables, and public test benchmarks.
No real Client personal data or proprietary compensation records are ever exposed to development assistants or public tools.
5. AI Functionalities within the Platform
Within the Platform, AI features may assist with:
- suggesting standardized role levels and job hierarchy alignments;
- identifying compensation band anomalies and internal pay equity gaps;
- modeling workforce scenarios and simulating budget impacts;
- visualizing AI agents alongside human roles in organizational structures.
6. Human Supervision
All AI-assisted features operate under the principle of human oversight:
- The Platform provides calculations, metrics, simulations, and recommendations;
- No recommendation takes effect automatically;
- Every organizational change, compensation adjustment, or structural movement requires explicit human review and authorization by the Client's leadership.
7. Decisions Regarding People
ACHALAI does not make automated employment decisions.
The Platform does not execute:
- automatic terminations;
- automatic wage reductions;
- unilateral contractual changes;
- automated performance sanctions.
All managerial, labor, and personnel decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the Client.
8. Accuracy of Results
While AI tools assist in structuring and normalizing complex data, calculations and simulations are subject to the quality of input data provided by the Client.
ACHALAI provides decision-support tools and does not guarantee specific business outcomes or absolute mathematical infallibility in generative text summaries.
9. Model Training
ACHALAI explicitly guarantees that Client Data is not used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or benchmark public, foundation, or general Artificial Intelligence models.
10. External AI Providers
If a future functionality requires transmitting Client Data to an external AI provider, ACHALAI shall evaluate in advance:
- purpose;
- provider;
- necessary data;
- security;
- retention;
- international transfers;
- contractual conditions;
- use for model training;
- role as a subprocessor.
Applicable contractual and privacy information shall be updated before using said processing whenever required by applicable regulations.
11. European Union
ACHALAI monitors the evolution of the European regulatory framework on Artificial Intelligence.
Certain AI applications related to employment and worker management may be subject to specific obligations depending on their purpose and operation.
For that reason, regulatory classification must be conducted feature by feature.
This page does not constitute a declaration or certification of compliance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act.
When a specific feature or implementation becomes subject to additional requirements, ACHALAI must adopt the measures that are legally applicable prior to its corresponding commercialization or use.
12. Evolution
The use of Artificial Intelligence within ACHALAI may evolve over time.
This page will be updated whenever material changes occur in connection with:
- AI functionalities and capabilities;
- technology providers;
- data processing practices;
- analytical purposes;
- human oversight frameworks.
